94-95 spindles vs 96 and up

I have read about the ideal spindles for the Foxbody conversions are 94-95 years. I read that the 96 and up spindles make the wheels stick out farther and that the geometry is different. I was wondering if someone could explain the differences to me. I know the 94-95 spindles have a curved steering arm and the 96-up have a straight arm but would like to hear what the pros and cons are(if any) for either year

Joshua, the 94-95 spindles are preferred due to their steering arm geometry. However those are in short supply and the 96 up spindles are more plentiful and just as useful with the addition of a bump steer kit. The additional width is only 5mm, For a greater in depth discussion of these differences see this article. http://www.maximummotorsports.com/tech_front_susp_9604_spindle.aspx
