I have a F-150 4.2 V-6. Will these O2 Sensor Eliminators work if I put 2 of them on the exhaust manifold side? I have 1 on each side before the converter. Will the engine run with an ideal fuel-air mixture?
On a v8, the only way they will work is if you install them on the down stream side of the catalytic converter. The way I understand how they work, is that it tricks the computer in believing that that the temperature on the dowm Stream side of the converter is lower then the upstream. So if you put them on both sides of the catalytic converter it won't read correctly. But I am only assuming that is how they work.
