How hard is it to remove the old one? Major dash disassembly? Any step by step guide or video?? Thanks!!

The only way I am aware of replacing the dash pad is by removing the dash from the car and removing the air ducts from the back side of the dash in order to gain access to the pads three retaining nuts. I had my dash out already when I was converting to manual transmission and black interior.
