1998 Mustang Cobra SVT

I'm not a car guru, but I purchased a 1998 Ford Mustang Cobra SVT and want to upgrade the suspension. However, I don't want to lower the vehicle and want to improve ride quality and handling. So here's what I'm thinking:
1. Koni Orange Shock and Strut Kit w/ Non Adjustable Quad Shocks (94-04) V6-GT
2. SVE Tubular Rear Upper & Lower Control Arm Kit Red (79-04)
3. Front Lower Control Arm Kit (94-04) and
4. Eibach Anti-Roll Sway Bar Kit Front & Rear (94-04)

Is this over kill or the opposite, am I missing something?

Those components would not be overkill at all. That will definitely improve the handling of the car if you want to keep it at factory ride height.
