Modification when using stock '96 K member

I note that in the video for the Coyote swap project car, you state that with when using the stock K member you will have interference "here, here and here". But nothing on what you did to fix the problem. Well placed blows with a hammer? Cut and weld? I would prefer to not swap K members, but may if needed.

Well placed blows with a hammer is a good way to put it. No welding was needed. Massaging with a hammer will be sufficient.

Actually...they fit without interference or modification to my stock 96 cobra K member when I intalled the motor to the K member and installed it from the bottom. Starter access is another story though....
