Cobra intake manifold.

I have the cobra intake manifold and run the bbk cold air induction, do i need the egr spacer as Im pretty sure the cobra intake manifold makes it not necessary to use one, Im upgrading to a 75 mm throttle body and wondering whether to buy with or without the spacer?

Also what is the benefit of deleting the EGR with a solid spacer and any downsides?

I would suggest buying a matching spacer as well, regardless of egr delete or not... you may want to just go with 70mm if your keeping that intake and 19# injectors...you will need the egr if your still using smog pump but if you have removed that just reset your computer and all should be fine... I deleted mine to create more room for fuel pressure regulator...if you remove ac, you should delete your iac as well for a clean look on your tb...

I am running edelbrock performer heads, b303 cam and know I need bigger injectors than 19 lbs. I have deleted the smog and ac. Just wondering whether to buy the spacer with the throttle body as I don't think a spacer and the throttle body will fit with the cobra manifold and the bank cold air induction. - Mark last year

You can get away without the spacer and bolt straight to the intake but dbl check and check again to insure your tb cables won't snag or be in a bine since that will cause everything to slide over 3 inchesssss or to the drivers side... also if you don't use a spacer your cold air intake won't reach tb without some engineering because it will be to short... I would just get the matching spacer because they should all bolt to intake just like the factory

Also, you should still be ok with thise 19# injectors long as you stay na...if ya step up, just do the 24# but get a quality fuel pressure regulator because you may need to back it off a bit... I had that issue with my 30# but I got them cheap or I would have just gotten 24# myself...
