88 gt engine build

I'm planning on a 347 striker kit and trick flow upper half. Will this be big enough or should I plan on a 90mm.

If you are doing a Trickflow top end kit with a 347 stroker, that would move enough air to justify going with the 90 mm setup. I would also go with the R series intake so it all matches. You can run smaller, but those are really intended for non stroker applications.

It will depend on which Trickflow intake you choose. The R series intakes have a 90mm opening where the Street Burner and Track Heat have a 75mm opening.

If I'm using NA all the way which should I use a 90 or 75 also can I have an intake modified say the track heat to accept 80? I haven't decided on r or heat yet untill I know if 75 will be enough or not. - Richard 5 years ago
