Help!!

I have 89 gt 5.0 And my friend I bought it from had installed the ford racing multiport efi wiring harness an it hasn't run since.
Has tons of mods an was running before this. 24lb inj, alum heads, headers 76mm T.B, ect. Anyway I noticed there is a fuel pump relay on new harness and the stock is under driver seat. But when you turn key neither work I tested and bypassed the one under seat an pump run? Dont tell me this harness has to be pulled out.

No it does not need to be pulled out. I just installed this harness, this is what I did, I took the inertia switch out of the trunk, tied the wires together and soldered them. I installed the inertia on the metal frame that supports your center console. It extends forward of the console and there is good spot for it to mount, The wiring harness has the inertia plug and it will reach this location with out having to extend the wires. This has to be hooked up. and the inertia switch reset. By y our A9L there is a green 8 pin connector that use to be connected in your old harness. I cut the male end out of the old harness and connected to the Green/Yellow stripe and then separate the fuel pump relay under the drivers seat. I cut mine out, but if you disconnect the relay that should be fine. - scott last year

THIS HARNESS IS NOT MENT TO BE A REPLACMENT HARNESS FOR A FOX BODY MUSTANG. IT DOES NOT CONNECT TO THE BODY HARNESS IS ANYWAY, SHAPE, OR FORM. IF YOU HAVE SPARK, AND FUEL INJECTOR PULSE AND YOU ARE SURE ITS FUEL RELATED, RUN A STAND ALONE RELAY FOR THE FUEL PUMP VIA KEY ON, THAT SHOULD HELP. THE OTHER ALTERNATIVE IS PUT THE OLD HARNESS BACK IN.
