So at what rpm does the factory pcm cut off the fuel and why is this dangerous as indicated above. Also with the burn out option a read 8ntake a prior post you can use the clutch switch. ..how does that work?
The factory rev limiter is at aprox. 6250rpm. When you hit that, it cuts fuel off which can be dangerous on heavily modified cars. This features a soft touch rev limiter that doesn't abruptly cut fuel off like the factory does. It provides a safer rev limiter if that makes sense. There are rotary knobs on the box for fine tuning the 2 step rev control. It can be adjusted my 100rpm increments.
