If you super charge do not go for higher compression. Stay closer to stock compression (64ccs). Also, the E cam may not be the best choise for super charging. If you want a letter cam you might really consider the F cam (not smog legal).
The B, E, or stock for sure. If you use the F make sure to check piston to valve clearance. You could always go custom grind. I'd personally go stock cam with those heads and a super charger. That would be smog legal, have no issues, and produce enough torque to pull sumps out of the ground.
