Are these torque to yield or standard torque to foot pound?

It's actually both. Torque to yield simply means once these bolts are torqued down once they should not be reused once they are removed. ARP usually includes their own torque specifications inside the box, otherwise follow Ford's torque specs for your year and model. Be sure to use the included thread lubricant to achieve correct and accurate torque and make sure you clean and dry all bolt holes on the block to avoid incorrect torque.
