Bruce Woodhull - 1990 Ford Mustang GT
My 1990 Mustang Gt is a 1 owner car, I purchased it 10 days after my son was born in 1989. I waited to get the 1990 because of the Mass Air and airbag. The motor is mostly stock with about 180,000 miles on it, still runs great and uses no oil. It started with the 2.73 rear gears but those were changed out for a set of 3.73's. The stock AOD trans. did not like the gear change and OD went out in it, when that happened I ordered up a built AOD trans. with a 10in. convertor. The car has all the normal bolt-ons like off road exhaust, 65mm TB and spacer, underdrive pulleys and the intake has been ported out to 65mm and port matched to the lower intake. The wheels are Weld Racing wheels I had made in 15x7 fronts and 15x8 rears, tires are 225/60r15 fronts and 265/50r15's rear. This car has been used as a daily driver most of it's life and has been driven in Michigan winters with a set of 225/60R15 snow tires on the stock rims. This is no race car, I like being able to get in it and head up to Northern Michigan when I want but it is still fairly quick, 14.0's on street tires, never tried running it with drag radials or slicks. Just a nice looking car with a good sound running thru Flowmaster mufflers.
