Alvaro Narino - 1987 Ford Mustang GT 5.0
I Purchased this car as my first vehicle at the age of 17. With not much money but a great vision I stored it for 17 years. I bought her she was completely stock with 28k original miles. Over the past several yaers I have made the following mods to the engine. GT 40 upper and lower intake with 1" plenum spacer, AFR 185 heads, 36lbs injectors, XE274HR comp cam, 75mm Edlebrock throttle body, Trick flow chromoly push rods, FRPP roller rockers, Highflow water pump, Griffin radiator, BBK 1-5/8" equal length short headers, Flowmaster 2-1/2" exhaust from headers back eliminating catalytic converters, BBK cold air intake, 140 amp alternator, blue radiator hose kit, blue convoluted tubing kit and a AEM engine management system. Suspension mods include BBK caster camber plates and eibach lowering springs.
With the help of Latemodel restoration I am in the process of replacing the worn out T-top weatherstrip. Replace the stock headlights that leak and minor cosmetic trim pieces on the interior. She has orginal paint and all original interior. I have tried to maintain the sleeper look, but she sounds nothing close to a stock engine.
