I was having some sort of internet problems with the website where it would delete my cart. The tech department tried everything they could to help, but we could not figure it out. I was directed to a sales associate who took my order over the phone. It was a large order, and they confirmed everything and made sure everything was there that i needed, he even reminded me of some parts I forgot to add.
