I had made a order online for a piece that had actually been discontinued and your sale associate Carson had called me the same day and told me that; but he was able to locate one, but the price was going to be a little higher so he met me in the middle. I greatly appreciated his quick response to the situation and him going the extra mile to help me locate what I needed. In so happening LRS has now solely earned my business with any of the parts that I am needing to repair my vehicle in the future.
