Few companies in the business practice any ethics or customer retention anymore and it does take a lot of fun out of the sport. You can bet I will praise you guys for taking care of this when I get the opportunity because it was distressing for me over the last two days. I have been taken on deals from other places for one reason or another it is very rare anymore that people stand up and make things right, you went the extra mile. You have secured a customer for the long run and my past cars end up in magazines each time, I will positively plug you guys whenever I get the chance.
