I placed a web sale order on a couple of parts including some subframes. When the package arrived by the carrier I second guessed my self, beacause the package size "dimmensions" didn't seem that the subframes were included. I called 50resto and spoke with a "Carson" and advised him of my situation. He cleary understood and advised that the weight of the package that I received was incorrect. No questions asked? He ADVANCED the subframes and advised I will receive a tracking number.
