Excellent Customer Service
I had bought the 03-04 cobra spoiler to put on my 2001 cobra and when the box got here it was torn apart and opened on one end, which was fedex's fault for their poor handling. They shipped another one out and it was through fedex again but that was because it was a claim, well that one was damaged too. Again fedex handling. The customer service rep had then sent me out another one through UPS before even talking about sending the damaged one back. My Customer Service Rep was Aaron Westerman, he was very nice and handled all of my problems and it was not a big deal at all. He made sure to straighten everything without making it a hassle for me. He did not hessitate to get everything done as fast as possible and make sure that I was happy. Bravo latemodelresto, you got some of the best customer service for aftermarket parts.
