I don't order online much and like to see what I am buying. I recently placed an order with LateModelRestoration for some interior parts for my 88 Mustang GT. Shipping and tracking info is great and was delivered on time. Uppon opening the order I found 1 item was shipped in the wrong color. I contacted LateModelRestoration via email about the issue and within 6 hours received a response from Mike Cotter requesting general information and photos. I responded immediately with email and shortly after received a phone call from Mike and he handled the issue quickly. I am impressed that this issue was handled so quickly with no hassles...I have no doubt that I will be ordering again soon. The quality of product and service is outstanding.
