This was my first experiance with a back ordered product. I ordered a part during the St. Patrick's Day sale and the estimated ship date changed 3 times before it came back in stock. I called LMR three different times during my wait and everyone I talked with took time to search and find out the answer to my questions as if it was their own question. If you ever order a part that's on back order it's probably because it was such a good value a lot of people decided to order it, that's my thinking anyway. For me the customer service I've received so far adds to the overall value of the order. My part was shipped 20 days after it was ordered and I feel until I receive it and I'm satisfied LMR will be there to help me anyway they can. They have been so far.
