Great Customer Service!

Went to the drag strip Friday 5/8/2015 after I installed some parts on my Mach 1. I heard a weird noise after I launched but the car felt fine so I continued the race and 4 more races after. Drove the car home and parked it. Monday 5/11/15 I noticed my passenger wheel/tire stuck out further than the passenger. So I go under the car to see if anything was out of line....I notice the drivers upper control arm (SVE) was broken. Darn! I was kinda impressed what sticky tires and a lightly modified Mach 1 could do. So Tuesday I called and spoke with Mike Cotter about it, and he was very apologetic. He asked me to email the picture to him and I did. After a short time he called me to apologize again and informed me he is shipping me new upper control arms and sent an email with tracking and etc. I was never upset about the situation, stuff happens when you race! Just wanted to say Late Model's customer service is top notch and I will buy from them again, and again, and again!
