Incredible Customer Service.
A customer quite often gets to meet a CSR (Customer Service Representative) when things go wrong and the customer has a perceived problem. At the rate LMR is going, I'll never meet any of your CSR's. I found what I wanted (at a great price) put my order in, paid my money and "Ding!" it's done. From the first experience to pushing the last button, the operation was flawless. Then, on the same afternoon I get information on tracking my order. It will arrive on Thursday.
