This site/company is amazing, and is right up there with my other favorite site, American Muscle. I currently have two of the three Mustangs I've owned and am restoring a 1989 5.0 that has been needing a lot of parts off of here. Recently, I ordered a headliner and UPS misplaced it at their sorting facility. After a frustrating call with UPS, I called LMR and got a very nice guy on the line who let me know everything will be ok. In short, he said that if its not found, they'll ship a new one to me. UPS did find it and delivered it thankfully, but it was great to know LMR would take care of it either way. Other than that, all of our orders have gone smoothly, the products are great, and I love the customer service.
