Not all parts shipped

I ordered parts during the Black Friday sale. The order status said all were in stock and shipped. When I received the order not all were there. I contacted my order specialist Tommy Eskind. After sending a picture of the parts received and the UPS info and the picking sheet he determined the missing parts were never sent. He then had the missing parts shipped no questions asked. I get a large majority of my 5.0 parts from LMR and have not been disappointed yet. Not only does LMR have a great selection and pricing to go along with the shipping but they have outstanding customer service to go with it.
