Shift Knob Order Issues
I would like to say that LRS has been wonderful at handling my order. I received two incorrect orders, and contacted them immediately. In both instances, their customer service worked diligently to address the issue.
In the end, the part I had hoped was available was not, but LRS made sure to keep in contact with me, follow up on the sale, and in the end...took care of me with constant, consistant, and correct service.
Even if it did not work out this time, I am a customer who will consult LRS before purchasing parts with any other company again.
