I want to say that I am very impressed with the customer service that I just received a couple minutes ago on a phone call to you guys. I unfortunetly did not get the customer service rep name, but you can probably get it from your records. I had a problem with door lock actuators that I just ordered not working despite the door mechanism operating smoothly. Without me even asking, the rep gladly offered to send out new actuators. I do not think I have even been treated that nicely and proactively upon disclosing a problem. My brother and I both own mustangs and have owned severeral mustangs. You have two customers for life.
