Eliminate lateral axle movement with BMR's 2005-2014 Mustang Watts link! To eliminate lateral axle motion, the differential must be stabilized and forced to move only vertically. That's where the BMR's Watts link comes into play. Being formed from components such as rectangular steel tubing, laser-cut steel plating, zinc plating, chrome-moly, stainless steel, and teflon lining this Watts link is the high-quality suspension upgrade that you've been looking for! This kit is fully bolt-on and relatively easy to install. It features a black hammertone finish for long lasting good looks and protection from the elements.
BMR makes it easy with an adjustable Watts link design. The center pivot can be installed in any one of the six positions for optimal performance. Double sheer link mounts connect the adjustable links to the center pivot. These mounts provide extra strength and zero deflection. The rod ends on this kit are equipped with polyurethane bushings to dampen NVH (Noise, Vibration, & Harshness) and improve ride quality compared to the bare metal to metal rod end version of this kit. The combination of heavy duty materials, adjustability, and zero lateral axle movement make this the perfect upgrade for your S197.
Mustangs that are lowered more than 1.5" in the rear, and/or have "soft" spring rates may need to trim the driver side axle mount bracket.
