Product Description

Crane Cams 1.6 Ratio Gold Race Rockers
When you are planning to build your next 5.0L based street or race engine for your 1985-1995 look no further. Crane Cam's pedestal mount Gold Race rockers reduce operating friction so well, they can give you up to 25 extra horsepower over your stock pivot ball rockers. Just look at what Crane puts into them: CNC-machined castings from super-strong extruded billet aluminum for total strength and reliability, precision needle-bearing fulcrums to reduce friction, and 8620 steel alloy roller tips for reliable, easy valve operation. They also feature special oil inlets to the bearings and roller to ensure reliability, slotted bodies for extra stud clearance, and 4140 chromoly Allen head adjustment nuts.

- Fits 1985-1995 5.0L with pedestal mount rocker arms.

    About This Brand

    Crane Cams
Harvey J Crane Jr, founder of Crane Cams, started his passion in 1953 when he ground his first cam in his father's machine shop. After building and testing his custom cams, local hot rod shops noticed the potential of his camshafts. By the late 1950s he had a loyal following in the Southeast. In 1961, Pete Robinson put Crane Cams in the spotlight when he won Top Eliminator honors at the NHRA nationals. In the following years, Crane made great advances in his camshaft building, utilizing computers to make more efficients and more accurate components that help improve his business. Crane Cams has become an industry leader in performance in the automotive world and provides racers and street rodders with the parts they need to give them the edge over the competition.
