When your 1999-2004 Ford SVT Lightning engine vents crankcase pressure back into your intake, oil vapors can coat your supercharger rotors causing sludge. Installing this JLT oil separator can help prevent this by catching the oil before it makes it to your intake. By utilizing a Ford PCV pre filter element, this separator catches oil droplets and routes it into a catch can for easy maintenance. This clear anodized JLT oil separator mounts on the driver's side of your 5.4L motor and includes all of the necessary hardware and installation instructions.
Another great product from JLT. This unit will pay it's on way in savings due to cleaner internal parts. I've seen what sludge from oily fumes can do to the inside of motors and I can tell you it isn't good. This product will remove the oil and pass on to the motor only clear air. Easy install and adds a little bling to your under hood, good job JLT.
Yes, I would recommend this item to a friend!

Bought my 2002 Lightning new. With exception of my installing a K&N cold air system, my truck remained bone stock for its first 10 years. At 90K miles of reliable driving, I decided to give my truck a...
