2011-14 Coyote A/C Tensioner Kit
We have all heard of the common engine "tick" that comes from the engine bay of the 2011-2014 Ford Mustangs. S197 5.0L Mustangs use a "stretchy belt" on the A/C compressor with no tensioner at all and the belt must be cut for service. Ford has recognized that this was a terrible design and released this Coyote A/C Tensioner kit to remedy it. This A/C tensioner kit includes a new belt, new tensioner, and all the necessary hardware to make this installation a breeze.
Installation Note
2011 & 2012 Mustang GT and 2012 Boss 302 Applications: LRS-6019GA is necessary to complete the conversion. 2011 & 2012 5.0L did not have the mounting point for the tensioner machined, drilled, and threaded.
