All Necessary Tubing, Couplers, Hardware & Associated Components for Installation
Single 70mm Mustang Turbo Kit
The On 3 Performance Turbo Kit for 1996-2004 Mustang GT 4.6L features a single 70mm Turbo with an Intercooler. This kit is capable of 350 to 500 horsepower (with proper supporting modifications)! This 4.6 Mustang turbo kit includes mild steel forward facing headers. Boost is controlled by a 44mm Wastegate and pressure releif is handled by a 50mm Blow-off Valve. All needed hoses, lines, couplers, clamps, brackets, and hardware are included.
-This kit is designed around a UPR tubular k-member. On3 does not guarantee fitment with any other k-member.
-Air filter not included.
While this 4.6 Mustang turbo kit is designed to be a bolt on, it is not a direct fit. Some modifications and relocations will be required! Such as cutting and clearancing to fit the intercooler and tubing, minor dimpling of the tubing to clear chassis components, tapping an oil return in the oil pan, etc. You will need to upgrade your fuel system; a high flow fuel pump, injectors and MAF will be required. Custom Tuning will be required! 1996-1998 Mustang GT will require the ignition coil packs to be re-located to the firewall.
What is a Turbocharger?
A Turbocharger, or Turbo, is powered by your engines exhaust flow. Exhaust from the engine spins the Turbine which is connected to the compressor. The compressor draws in filtered ambient air, compresses it and feeds it to the engine. The amount of pressure above atmospheric pressure is referred to as boost. Turbo systems are generally referred to as being very efficient power producers and offer stock like driveability with significant power increase potential.
-Fits 1996-2004 Mustang GT 4.6L 2V

Fitment on this is very tight you do have to remove your sway bar they don't tell you this make it states that they send a 7-pound spring in it but they do not they send a 5-pound spring if your tuner is amazing guy like mine it would give you a 7 pound spring on 5 pounds you will make 366 horsepower @ 416 foot pounds of torque on seven pounds you will make 400 horsepower even at 444 foot pounds of torque 10 pounds not recommended for the stock block we put down for 460 and 526 foot pounds of torque the kit does put down the power butt you need to either get their mass air meter and Tube or have an amazing cold air system and get a mass air meter from somewhere they do not include any of this and it is a pain in the butt to do with the little bitty 2 inch tube that they send you your car will not hold the Boost it will not do anything proper the clamps for the system or crap you might as well upgrade and replace all the clamps at the beginning everything you did find your nearest performance parts store and upgrade them but all in all the system is amazing for a stock motor FYI I would definitely run stock gears or lower I have 373 sand it's not enough gear and everybody knows what the bone stock tr3650 fifth gear sucks you do have to buy you a k member and it comes with coil springs you will have to Jack the front end back up pretty much the stock height for those that are lowered do to your tie rods will hit the exhaust piping to the turbo it is closed and a very very tight fit and you will need to get some exhaust hangers for the exhaust side out of the turbo because the clamps once again our crap and seriously all in all if anybody has any questions because the instructions kind of suck for the system please feel free to email me at SRT4fox@Gmail.com be more willing to help than you will ever know
