5 Stars   Is it worth it?.....yes!

Image uploaded by Skylar B. First off, the engine itself is amazing! Ford knew what they were doing when it came to the coyote. it has power, torque, mpg, and drivability. Motor turned over the first time like a new car. FFRP and LMR have great support staff and will help you every chance they get.
Now, there are some things you need to keep in mind, one being budget, this isnt a cheap mod. Look to spend around 10-13k just to get your car drivable. But you figure new mustangs cost $35k plus, so you're getting a deal!
As far as engine swaps go, this is on the easier side. there are tons of swap parts to help this build go smoothly as possible. There are a few loose ends that you need to figure out, but its not that hard. I did this in my garage, with no lift, and basic tools. If I can do it, anyone can!

    5 Stars   Amazing Power
    By on 8/13/2014
Image uploaded by Dan R. The 5.0 coyote is the best bang for your buck don't waste your time building a 4.6 or pushrod 5.0 in the end it will cost more and be less powerful by at least a 100 horse. My 96 mystic cobra made 418 rwhp and 390 rwtq with just a jlt and Longtubes. If you don't believe the power then believe my quarter mile pass of 11.3 at 121 with drag radials! Could not have done it with out the crew at 5.0 resto top notch service and product customer for life!

I just bought it and have just started the install. A little disappointed that the engine did not have the two brackets that are used as attachments points for lifting the engine. But other than that, so far so good

    5 Stars   An amazing motor.

Image uploaded by Kevin H. I purchased this engine from LRS with FREE shipping, and had it installed in my 1991 LX convertible, and all I can say is...wow! It is truly an amazing engine. Because it was a foxbody-swap, I did the long tubes, CAI and a custom tune. It put down 403hp & 354tq to the wheels on a Mustang Dyno. And I get 25+ mpg.

Yes, I would recommend this item to a friend!
