Ford Performance Flywheel
This Ford Performance 10.5" 164 tooth flywheel is perfect for high horsepower applications. This 6 bolt, 0oz nodular iron flywheel has increase RPM capacity over stock cast iron flywheels. Diaphragm clutch uses metric bolts and dowel pins. Requires metric pressure plate bolts N602549-S51M and alignment dowel pins D1FZ-6397-B. Ford Performance kit M-6397-A302. 4.6L engines may have 6 or 8 bolts to attach to the crankshaft. Check the engine code before ordering. Romeo built engines have 6 bolts and Windsor built engines have 8 bolts. All Cobra engines have 8 bolts. The 8th character in the VIN is (X) for Windsor engine plant or (W) for Romeo engine plant..

Once again LMR does it!! This is a great flywheel, I have a 99 gt with 01 motor that still had the six bolt flywheel and car has the t-45 so it works perfect!!

Exactly what I needed.

I have a 99 Mustang GT Convertible that I did a complete engine swap. I purchased a 03" Crown Vic motor with less than 60,000 miles on it. The only thing that was holding my engine swap was the correct flywheel. I had purchased several ones and had to return. This was exactly what I needed to complete my swap. Shipping was prompt and fast and I received my product two days after purchase. No complaints highly recommend.

Excellent purchase

I bought this instead of turning the stock flywheel on my 97 GT when I replaced the clutch. It is lighter than the stock cast one and easy to install. I replaced the pressure plate and flywheel bolts at the same time and would recommend doing the same.
