(1) Heavy Duty Replacement Clutch Fluid Line
From the factory, 2005-2014 Mustang GT, V6, Boss 302, & 2007-2012 GT500 are equipped with a plastic Clutch Fluid Line. This line runs from the Clutch Master Cylinder down to the Clutch Slave Cylinder/Clutch Release Bearing. While this plastic line is suitable for factory applications, many Mustang owners have experinced the failure of this Clutch Fluid Line at Racing Events. The high heat associated with Drag Racing or Road Racing, coupled with the higher effort Pressure Plate loads imposed by Performance Clutches causes the factory plastic line to split, rendering your Mustang Clutch inoperable.
Enter Ford Racing (FRPP) with their heavy duty Clutch Fluid Line. Developed for use on the FR500S & FR500CJ, the Ford Racing Clutch Fluid Line is a direct replacement for the factory plastic clutch fluid line on 2005-2013 Mustang GT & V6 & 2007-2012 Mustang GT500. It features Stainless Steel hard line construction with a braided stainless flexible end. The attachment fittings are factory type for a direct fit.
This is a highly recomended upgrade when using a High Performance Clutch Kit &/or when upgrading your Mustang Throwout/Release Bearing to the RAM-78715.
