Classic Muscle Car Sound
If you're looking for a quality axleback that gives your Coyote the best sound, then look no further than MBRP. This 2011-14 Mustang GT axleback is constructed of heavy duty aluminized steel is very durable and will take a beating. MBRP has designed this axleback exhaust to provide an enjoyable exhaust tone that is not too overbearing and resembles the old school muscle car sound. The axle back kit is topped off with a set of 4" tips with the MBRP logo etched on that will look great coming from your rear valance.
I bought my 2014 mustang gt a month ago, and since then I've been researching axleback exhaust kits. I wanted something that was slightly louder than stock that gave it that low rumble it needed. The MBRP pro-series does exactly that, you have that nice idle, while cruising in the cab it sounds stock with very very little drone around 75~mph, but when you get on it you can tell that your investment was worth it. The install was straightforward as any new axleback kit should be, the tips are nice and fill the stock bumper openings very well. Unlike some other kits I looked at you must reuse the stock clamps but that was a 10 second setback. I would recommend the MBRP pro-series axleback exhaust if you don't want the obnoxiously loud Roush or Pypes pypebomb style, but instead want a nice, non neighborhood disturbing exhaust note.
Yes, I would recommend this item to a friend!

These are on my 2012 GT automatic, otherwise stock exhaust. VOLUME: On a volume scale of axlebacks, if stock = 1 and Roush = 10, I would put these at a 5. I was worried they would be too quiet, but they are definitely louder than stock from idle to WOT. TONE: -Deep, burbly, rumbly. -Idle and low RPMs give that classic "lub-lub-lub-lub" sound -Very deep, bassy tone, especially up to 2000 RPM -Never raspy -Some burbling when decelerating, no popping -Louder than stock at highway speeds especially at 70 MPH. However, I wouldn't really call it drone its just the exhaust note. If you want to wake up your exhaust without waking up the neighborhood these are it. A buddy of mine said they sound a bit louder than gt500 axleback.
