Prothane Urethane Motor & Trans Mount KitUpgrade the motor mounts on your Fox Body or SN95 Mustang with this premium Prothane polyurethane motor and trans mount kit! Manufactured with a reinforced steel frame and insulated with tough polyurethane, these mounts will handle extreme conditions while reducing deflection and engine flex! Due to the urethane insulation, these mounts have higher resistance to oil soak and can handle the extreme underhood temperatures from most performance-oriented setups. The metal frames are Zinc-coated to resist corrosion in harsh environments. Prothane's mounts are made of a higher durometer rubber that reduces deflection to keep the drivetrain flex at a minimum. Yet, they offer some insulation from noise, vibration, and harshness that solid motor mounts won't. This leads to improved shifting as well as reduced drivetrain power loss!
5.0 Resto HardwareEnsure your mounts are properly secured to the engine and transmission of your 1984-1993 Mustang with this motor mount hardware from 5.0 Resto! 5.0 Resto put this hardware kit together to replace the difficult-to-find hardware that secures your engine and transmission mount. All hardware is made from alloy steel with a corrosion-resistant finish, correct lengths, and thread pitch; this hardware is the correct replacement for the original hardware. New correct factory engine mount to block bolts, and K-member to engine mount nuts have a wrenching hex to ensure that they do not back out on you. The transmission mount includes a threaded plate molded into the bottom of the transmission mount and accepts the included transmission mount to cross-member bolts. New flat and lock washers are included to provide a quick, easy, and secure installation!
