Mustang QA1 Tubular Control Arms

Reduce front-end weight for improved handling with this 1979-1993 Mustang QA1 tubular control arm kit! QA1's tubular control arms save 15 pounds of weight compared to your factory control arms. Designed to handle drag racing, road racing, as well as hard-core street applications; these Race series control arms are built to handle anything you throw at them! Equipped with QA1's X-series Chromoly rod ends, these control arms reduce friction as well as provide caster/camber adjustability! Low friction ball joints are pre-installed to provide smoother operation over standard ball joints. Heavy-duty sway bar mounts are utilized for applications that require a front sway bar. QA1's black powder coat finish completes these control arms to provide corrosion protection and long life!

Compatibility Requirement

This set of QA1 control arms has been designed to work specifically with an SN95 steering rack and SN95 spindles. The use of these control arms on a Foxbody steering rack will result in a narrow rack width causing tie rod/end fitment problems.

Product Notes

When using these control arms with the QA1 k-member, you will need to purchase the required A-arm hardware.
The MU3 control arms were designed to reposition the front wheel rearward in the wheel well when using SN95 spindles on a non SVO car.
These control arms will require the use of coil-over struts and caster camber plates.
Due to the use of spherical bushings within this product, you will experience an increase in noise, vibration, and harshness.
