Ridetech IRS Conversion CV Axle Set
Complete your 1979-1993 Fox Body Mustang IRS conversion with this Ridetech CV axle shaft set. Ridetech's IRS conversion uses S550 rear wheel hubs and an S550 Differential but requires the use of shorter axles due to the narrower Fox chassis. This causes off-the-shelf S550 half shafts to not work with this application, luckily, Ridetech has you covered with these shortened axles. A factory-style axle with the correct 34 spline inner and 32 spline outer stubs are used, but the shaft is made to fit at the correct length. These axles are strong and proven to support up to 500 crank horsepower. Finish off your Fox Body Ridetech independent rear suspension system conversion with these conversion axles.
