Trickflow Track Max Performance
Specifically designed to match the power characteristics of Trick Flow® cylinder heads, these Track Max® cams for 5.0L Ford engines offer state-of-the-art power at an affordable price! Mustang cams not only add performance, they give your Mustang an aggressive, lopey exhaust tone. Starting as premium billet steel blanks, a Trick Flow camshaft is then heat treated to proper hardness, and then precision-ground to exact tolerances. Instead of creating a steep, narrow powerband that falls off very quickly, the powerband achieves maximum power throughout!
Roller Camshaft Information
This cam is for high performance street/race use and produces a rough idle, strong mid-range power from 3,000-7,000 RPM range. Trick Flow recommends a 3,000-3,500 RPM stall converter and 3.90-4.11 gears. A calibrated mass air meter is required and a minimum of 10:1 compression ratio for best results.
