1987-1993 Mustang 5.0L Trick Flow Top End Kit, w/ Track Heat Intake Silver

Increase your engine power up to 360hp/350tq with this Mustang Trick Flow top end kit w/ Track Heat intake. Built around Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge® Street cylinder heads, these kits include a specially matched hydraulic roller cam, Track Heat EFI intake manifold, roller rockers, gasket kit, billet timing chain, pushrods, short valve covers, and our billet oil fill kit. Lifters not included. A 5.0 Trick Flow top end kit is just what you need to get the power you want. headers are recommended. A calibrated mass air flow meter is required and headers are recommended. Includes long and short cam gear dowels.

 Late Model Restoration ALWAYS recommends double-checking Piston To Valve clearance when installing a new set of cylinder heads or camshaft.

Product Note

Kits were dyno-tested on a 306 cubic inch engine with 9.5:1 compression, a 70mm throttle body, 24lb injectors, 190LPH fuel pump, mass air, and 10° base timing.

  • Will work on 1994-1995 Mustang 5.0 if TFS-5150SN9500 or TFS-5150SN9511 inlet elbow is used.
  • Will NOT fit the 1986 Mustang 5.0 as that year came equipped with flat top pistons.
  • When installing this top-end kit on a 5.0L OHV block with 7/16" head bolts, reducers are required.
  • When installing this top-end kit on a 5.8L OHV block with 1/2 head studs, no reducers are required.
