All transmission warranty registrations are required to be completed within 60 days from date of purchase. The warranty registration package is included with the transmission.
Warranty work will only be performed by Performance Automatic.
Warranties are NOT transferable.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Performance Automatic.
Warranty does NOT cover damage caused by accident or improper installation.
Performance Automatic will not be held responsible for any consequential damages incurred during installation and will not be held responsible for any labor charges on any products that are defective, damaged or ordered incorrectly.
All products sold by Performance Automatic are covered by our own terms and conditions of warranty. If an item meets initial requirements for warranty inspection- we will issue you instructions over the phone as to how it will be handled. Warranty items must then be sent back to Performance Automatic by the customer for inspection. Upon approval of a warranty by Performance Automatic, item will be repaired to as new condition, or replaced with a new same or equal item will be shipped to the customer.
