UPS & FedEx Delivery Services are experiencing minor delays in delivery times nationwide. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery of your items, especially in areas and States that are more widely impacted such as the Northeast United States.

Packages arriving through USPS may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

UPS & FedEx Delivery Services are operating as normal and currently the US has not restricted any pick up or delivery locations. UPS and FedEx are working in partnership with governments around the world to obtain exceptions that allow operations to continue wherever possible, even in restricted areas. UPS and FedEx have temporarily canceled their UPS Service Guarantee and FedEx Money-Back Guarantee for all shipments until further notice. We have temporarily updated our
Shipping Terms. All orders will be shipped the following business day from date of placement. This change is temporary and will allow our distribution services flexibility in maintaining balanced and quick shipment times for all customers. As the COVID-19 pandemic has escalated to affect many organizations and businesses across the US and world, we want to communicate our commitment to extra measures on LMR's behalf to ensure the health and safety of our customers, partners, and staff.

Operational Updates:

Our LMR Call Center is currently operating with 100% routine business hours (Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm CT) Please click here for more information on hours and schedules.

Our Distribution Center is currently shipping packages and orders at full capacity. Qualifying online orders placed between Monday and Friday will ship the following business day from date of placement. Please see our Shipping Terms for more information regarding shipping and transit times.

Our Will-Call local Texas pickup services have been temporarily suspended until further notice. We will post updates when these services have been restored.

As we continue to closely follow the guidelines and advice of government and health authorities regarding the spread of the virus, our focus is to ensure we meet customer expectations while doing our part to keep you, our employees, and our local communities safe.
