All PERDE products come standard with a limited lifetime warranty. The limits of their warranty are simple, if your product fails during normal use, they will replace it for the lifetime of the original end customer. This limited warranty only covers the replacement of the product, it does not cover any other expenses you may have incurred and does not cover indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages due to failure.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you. In no event shall perde be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. All disputes arising out of or related to the limited warranties set forth herein (customer disputes) shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
Making a warranty claim is simple. Please give them a call and they will take care of you. You will be responsible for shipping the defective item to us and charged a minimal $5.95 ($11.95 outside 48 contiguous USA) Shipping and Handling for processing your replacement. Please do not ship anything to them without an approved RMA# (Return Material Authorization). Items received without an RMA# will be refused at the shipping doc and returned to shipper.
