Team Z Motorsports has researched and developed a variety of top notch suspension components for the Mustang. Their precise attention to detail and expert craftsmanship allows for some of the best suspension parts available in the Mustang market.

The name of the game when it comes to drag racing is getting the car down the track in the quickest way possible. Regardless if you make a ton of power or your Mustang simply has bolt-ons, a high quality anti-roll bar from Team Z is a must have.

An anti-roll bar is actually quite simple; it is designed to reduce chassis flex and side-to-side movement both of which wash away any hopes of a decent sixty foot. Team Z’s anti-roll bar welds in between the rear, inner frame rail and is then welded to the axle tubes to virtually eliminate rear end movement.

There are two options available from Team Z, and of course each anti-roll bar will differ ever so slightly. Up first is the entry-level anti-roll bar. It features 4130 steel tubing and a black hammer tone finish. What makes this option unique is that it will clear tail pipes with up to a three inch diameter. Which makes this anti-roll bar a perfect fit for a street/strip application.

The close relative to the entry-level anti-roll bar is the X-treme option. This roll bar is designed for the ultimate in strip performance. It features the same 4130 steel tubing, but has a fifty percent larger main body and three sixteenths laser-cut arms for higher horsepower cars. This roll bar unfortunately will not work with tail pipes so a dumped or side-exit exhaust will be needed.

Regardless of the anti-roll bar you choose, both options are a weld-in application. So obviously you’ll need access to a welder or run it down to your local fabrication shop.

The Team Z entry-level anti-roll bar is featured on our very own Project Green Bean which can be viewed in an upcoming stage of the build.
