So, if you happen to find a product from a competitor at a better value, we would love to have the opportunity to beat it! We go the extra mile to ensure our product is priced competitively, so we always want to know when we’re being undersold on price. Our company will always do everything possible to ensure our customers are getting the value they deserve from our products. With this being said, if you ever feel that our pricing is not to the upmost of industry standards, please contact us. As with any business, we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to beat or match a competitor’s price. Due to supplier pricing regulations, we are sometimes unable to sell protected items at lesser prices. These situations are handled on a case by case basis, and always put the customer experience as the number one priority. LMR reserves the right to determine if and when price matching is applicable. This is our commitment to you, our valued customer.

To take advantage of our price match policy, you simply need to give us a call at (254) 296-6500 or contact us. One of our Customer Care Representatives will be glad to assist you with our pricing questions. Be sure to have information about the competitor's product ready when you call. This includes website information and part numbers.

NOTE: When price matching a competitor, it must be the exact same part. Unfortunately, not all of our competition offers true free shipping like ourselves. The competitors part must be in stock. You will have to pay any taxes or duties that apply and you can not add a discount code on top of price matched parts.


Price Matching After Your Purchase

If you purchase an item and you find it cheaper or it goes on sale within 7 business days of your purchase, we will gladly match the sales price. We will refund you the difference in the form of a LMR.com gift card. You can send us an email at customerservice@lmr.com to take advantage of this offer. Be sure to include your Sales Order number and a URL link to the price we need to match for a quicker response time.


Sale Pricing and Promotional Offer Price Matching

Items that go on sale or include promotional rebates for Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales are excluded from our Price Matching Policy. This includes sale prices from both competitors and Late Model Restoration. Refunds and credits will NOT be issued to offset or discount items purchased before or after the initial sale period begins and ends.
