Check out our video from the Texas Mile event in October 2012. We took Project High Impact, our 2013 Mustang GT Project Car, out to the The Texas Mile in Beeville, TX. Project High Impact turned out some very impressive consecutive 174 mph runs. In the video you will see multiple different camera positions; one of which is a very epic “header” camera. You see the headers heat up from normal, to glowing red all the way to white by the end of the mile run. For a very minimal number of power modifications, Project High Impact hung with the stock Camaro ZL1s, Corvette ZR1s and Shelby GT500s! Enjoy the video!

We took Project High Impact to the Texas Mile event. Needless to say it did well. It ran two 174 mph times with the best being 174.6 mph. In the video you will see the headers heat up bright red, what your tires do at 170+ mph and you will see the rear antenna do its best to stay on the Mustang. It wasn't a world record 263.3 MPH like the Hennessy Ford GT but it was still pretty impressive in our eyes!
