MSD Performance is a company built on Customer Satisfaction and Service. That is why all MSD products go through regimented test procedures before they are ever packaged and shipped. MSD stands behind our products for one full year after purchase and has an excellent repair department. Terms of Warranty and Service are as follows:
MSD, LLC warrants MSD products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and if properly installed for a period of one year from date of purchase. If found to be defective as mentioned above, it will be replaced or repaired if returned prepaid along with proof of date of purchase. This shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of MSD, LLC to the extent permitted by law, the foregoing is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties or representations whether expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event shall MSD, LLC be liable for special or consequential damages. This warranty is only valid on products purchased from MSD Authorized Dealers.
In case of malfunction, your MSD component will be repaired free of charges according to the terms of the warranty. When returning MSD components for warranty service, Proof of Purchase must be supplied for warranty verification. After the warranty period has expired, repair service is charged based on a minimum and maximum charge rate. (Contact Customer Service for current rate).
Return Merchandise Authorization Proceedure
When returning an MSD product for repair, leave all wires at the installed length. Cutting wires close to the unit will void the warranty. Also, include a detailed account of any problems experienced and what components and accessories are installed on the vehicle. Send the MSD component prepaid to the attention of:

The repaired unit will be returned as soon as possible after receipt (usually 10 - 14 working days). For more information on repairs, call the MSD Customer Service Line at (915) 855-7123. MSD's trained technicians are available from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, mountain time, Monday - Friday.
To Return an MSD product for Repair: An RMA Number is required for any repair or return.

For warranty repairs, the Proof of Purchase must be supplied (Purchased within 1 year)
If not under warranty, a credit card number must be supplied for repair and shipping charges
Must provide description of problem and/or reason for repair
The Ship To address CANNOT be a PO Box as MSD ships via UPS with an indirect signature required
MSD LLC recommends you send the product back via a trackable shipping method
The RMA number will only be valid for 30 days
Repairs generally will take 10 – 12 business days from the time the part is logged into the MSD system
All warranty returned shipments will ship via UPS ground only
