Payment Methods:

We accept all major U.S.A. issued credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). PayPal (online purchases only), Affirm (online purchases only), and Money orders (must call in to get a quote for money orders) are also accepted. Sorry! We do not accept C.O.D, personal checks, or international credit cards. LMR is not responsible for any finance charges or overdraft fees incurred by the cardholder.

Refunds:

LMR believes in processing your refund in a very timely manner. In most cases you will see your funds return back into your account within 3-5 business days; however, we do not have control over how long it can take your financial institution to return the funds back to your account. In some cases, this timeframe may vary. You will need to contact your financial institution in order to determine the exact timeframe refunds will be available in your account.

If LMR cannot refund back to your original form of payment, the only option refund option is an LMR.com gift card. This includes, but is not limited to, bank accounts being closed or the credit card will not process or accept a refund. Money orders can only be refunded as an LMR.com gift card.

Canceling Your Order:

At the time of purchase, your credit card is pre-authorized. LMR will not collect/settle the preauthorization charge until the order is invoiced at the time it is shipped. If you cancel your order before it ships, your preauthorization will expire back into your account in 3-5 business days. As with refunds, we do not have control over how long this process can take and will vary from financial institution to financial institution. You will need to contact your financial institution in order to validate this timeframe.

Address Verification:

If you are using a credit card to pay for your order, enter the information in the required fields carefully. LMR takes pride in providing the best service possible. This includes providing the customer with the highest level of security. We go to great lengths to verify transactions and ensure cardholder security. That is why the information entered into the billing and shipping address field must be correct.

Our address verification process confirms that the billing address you entered matches the billing address your bank has on file for your credit card/debit card. If the information is entered incorrectly in any of the required fields, your order will be delayed, and/or canceled. Please take the time to enter your information correctly into the required billing and shipping address fields. Double-check the spelling, address numbers, and zip codes. Make sure apartment, lot, unit, or suite numbers are entered as they are shown on your monthly billing statement.

If you're not sure how your address should read, or you feel there may be a discrepancy in how your information is entered, call the customer service number on the back of your card and verify the information.

We pride ourselves on providing an amazing experience. In some cases, it can be hard to figure out that perfect gift your loved one. That is why we are proud to offer LMR gift cards so your loved one can pick out the perfect gift themselves. You can only purchase LMR gift cards on our website and please note that they can only be redeemed on our website.

How To Redeem Your LMR Gift Card:

You can redeem your gift card on our website during your checkout process. If you would like our Customer Service Team to assist you with placing your order, you can contact us and redeem your LMR Gift Card on a phone-in order. Please be sure to have your gift card available at the time of purchase as you will need the gift card number and CVV number in order to redeem your gift card.

When placing an order that exceeds the balance of your gift card, the balance must be paid with a valid credit card, PayPal account, Affirm or even another gift card. You can use multiple LMR gift cards on one order.

Gift Card Expiration:

LMR gift cards do not expire. Any unused balance on your gift card will remain on the gift card for future purchases. Be sure to save your gift card information if you do have a remaining balance.

Gift Card Limitations:

LMR gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for a cash value. These gift cards are not discountable and promotional discount codes will not be applied to the purchase of an LMR gift card. LMR cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
