The seventh-generation S650 Ford Mustang features a wide variety of OEM wheel options ranging from 17” sizing up to 20” wheels for OEM options. These larger sizes are used to clear the massive Brembo brake calipers found on higher-level trims. All S650 wheels in all sizing will feature unique styling and are constructed from aluminum alloy. The new Ecoboost Performance Pack and Coyote V8 Mustang GT models have a staggered front and rear wheel option for added aesthetics and performance. Magneride-equipped Mustangs will have a 19X 9.5” wheel up front and a 19X10” rear wheel option. This provides added grip while carving corners in these potent muscle cars. With performance in mind, Ford utilized Pirelli P Zero tires on each new 2024 Mustang.
Since Magneride is standard on the Dark Horse models, these will come equipped with high-performance Pirelli P Zero tires, and a set of staggered 19x9.5” and 19x10” alloy wheels ensure performance that excels.
With the upgraded Handling Package option on the Mustang Dark Horse, drivers get wider Pirelli Trofeo tires. These tires are used on top supercars like Porsche, Ferrari, and Lamborghini and are designed for street and occasional track use. The handling package wheels are 19x10.5” front wheels and 19x11” rear wheels, making this well worth the money. Lightweight carbon fiber wheels from Carbon Revolution are available for those wanting weight savings and added strength.
