Payment Methods: We accept all U.S.A. issued major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). Paypal and Money orders are also accepted. Sorry! We do not accept C.O.D, personal checks, or international credit cards.
Payment Policy - Please read carefully!: If you are using a credit card to pay for your order, enter the information in the required fields carefully. Late Model Restoration takes pride in providing the best service possible. This includes providing the customer with the highest level of security. We go to great lengths to verify transactions and ensure cardholder security. That is why the information entered into the billing and shipping address field must be correct.
Our address verification process confirms that the billing address you entered matches the billing address your bank has on file for your credit card/ debit card. If the information is entered incorrectly in any of the required fields, your order will be delayed, and/or canceled. Please, take the time to enter your information correctly into the required billing and shipping address fields. Take time to double-check the spelling, address numbers, and zip codes. Make sure apartment, lot, or suite numbers are entered as they are shown on your monthly billing statement.
If you're not sure how your address should read, or you feel there may be a discrepancy in how your information is entered, call the customer service number on the back of your card and verify the information. Same Day Shipping: In an effort to better serve our customers, LMR offers FREE same day shipping on most web orders. This service is available to all of our customers within the 48 contiguous states at no extra charge. Simply place your web order as usual and wait for your package. Some conditions will apply.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday unless we are closed for a holiday. In that case, it will ship out on the next business day.

Qualified web orders can be shipped via UPS Air. Please note that there are certain products that can not be shipped 2nd or Next Day Air.
Expedited Shipments ( 2nd Day & Next Day Air ) that do not arrive by the end of the day on the scheduled delivery date (due to carrier delays) may be eligible for a refund to reflect the service that was received. Refunds cannot be issued due to delays from unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.

Alternate Shipping Addresses: In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, LMR.com enforces an alternate shipping address policy. This policy was developed by the guidelines provided by all major credit card companies. Please note using an alternate address on your purchase could cause a delay in your order shipping. These are reviewed by our Fraud Prevention Department, and while they are very efficient, a delay can occur during the verification process. Please ensure your contact information is up to date on your customer account to speed up response time.

Truck Freight Shipping: Truck Freight shipping applies to all items deemed too large to ship via UPS small package. In order to serve you better, we will ship truck orders to either a business or a residential address. Products requiring Truck Freight shipping are highlighted on the product page. All items shipped Truck Freight will be subject to a flat $99 fee.
The LTL Carrier will call the phone number you have provided to schedule an appointment. All truck freight orders need to be checked by the receiver before being signed for. Any possible damage to the package or content must be notated on the receiving ticket as “damaged, pending inspection”. Once the paperwork is signed and no damage is identified, the receiver is responsible for all damages to product and Late Model Restoration will not be held liable.
LMR.com does not guarantee delivery times when late delivery results from events beyond our control such as service disruptions, mechanical failure, or rural delivery location.

All truck freight orders must be checked by the receiver at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage found must be reported to the driver as well as noted on the delivery receipt by the receiver. By signing the delivery receipt the receiver has acknowledged the parts have been received in good condition free of noticeable damage, therefore, releasing the liability of damage from the freight company.
Shipping to Canada: Shipping to Canada has never been easier and cheaper. Canadian customers can simply add items to their cart and checkout as usual. When you select the Canadian shipping method (estimated 5-7 business days from date shipped) brokerage fees will be included. Canadian provincial taxes and duties will also be pre-calculated and added to the sales tax field on your order. When you place your order online the amount shown will be the amount you are charged and when your order arrives. No surprise charges! APO/FPO Shipments: LMR.com would like to say thanks for your service to our great nation. To show our gratitude for your service, LMR.com will cover the shipping charges to your APO address. We also want to inform you that depending on your location of deployment, this shipping method can take some time to reach you. Some shipments may take as long as 60 days to reach your location. Please note there are some exceptions to what can ship APO/FPO. Many shippers will limit the size, weight, and number of items that can ship APO/FPO. International Shipping: Currently LMR.com does not offer a shipping plan for international shipping. We will ship to freight forwarding companies for free; however, you will need to set the freight forwarding company up as a verified shipping address on your USA based credit card or PayPal account. Missing Items: Please open you order and inspect upon delivery. Please report any missing item to LMR.com within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Damaged Items: We package all item(s) by the guidelines set forth by the shipping company. In case of a damaged item please contact LMR.com as soon as possible. We will reship the damaged item(s) and make a claim with the shipping company. If you received an item(s) that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Department within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please keep all packaging materials for damaged shipments. The shipping company will inspect the packaging materials for processing of the damage claim. The shipping company may contact the receiver to set up a convenient time to pick up and inspect the item.
Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived according to the tracking information email, please contact LMR.com as soon as possible. We will contact the shipping company and take the necessary steps to replace your order.
Shipping to Hotels/Motels: Due to all of the issues that can arise from shipping to one of these locations, we do not allow orders to ship to hotels or motels for any reason.
Collection of Information: We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example, to add you to one of our mailing lists.
Cookie/Tracking Technology: The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Returns: All return submissions must be made using our online RMA request form or by contacting one of our knowledgeable Customer Care Representatives by visiting our Contact Us Page. As-new, non-discontinued items are eligible for return up to 1 year from the purchase date. All returns require an original invoice and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers can be obtained using our online RMA request form or through a Customer Care Representative. Also check out our step-by-step return guide to make this processes as efficient as possible for you. LMR.com reserves the right to refuse any item(s) returned without prior authorization. Returns are usually processed within 4 business days of receipt at our dock. Please note all orders over 30 days old are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Installed or used products are NOT eligible for return. All returned items must be complete and in the original packaging in a resalable condition. If any component(s) of a returned item is missing, the return will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. If you received an item(s) that is damaged or defective, please contact your Customer Care Representative for a replacement. LMR.com reserves the right to refuse any item(s) that have been returned under false pretense. The items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer unless other arrangements have been made. When returning an item(s) it is recommended to insure the package for loss or damage. LMR.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your return arrives damaged, you will be contacted in order to file a claim with your carrier. We recommend you keep all tracking information from your carrier until you receive your refund.
Non-Returnable Products: Due to prohibitive freight costs, risk of damage, or unique vehicle applications, returns are NOT allowed for the following products:
- Tire and Wheel Packages
- Wheels that have had tires mounted on them
- Power Adders (superchargers / turbo kits, nitrous systems)
- Seats and Seat upholstery
- Crate engines
- Electrical Items
- Top end kits
- Items shipped via Truck Freight
- Physical or Electronic Gift Cards
- Special order or Non-stocking items (drop ships/ships direct)
- Items in sealed packaging are NOT returnable once the seal is broken
